REFLECTIVE WRITING - WEEK 1

NEW LEARNING
What did I learn that was new to me?
learned something new, creating blogspot, doing assignment that i never been do before,

What insights did this new knowledge give to me?
Getting interested learning some more.

How do I think this might be useful (in my work practice, in my studies, in my life)?
It might be useful in my life because it can give me new experience & upgrading the new phase of my life by knowing/learning something new by that also i can practice it at my work.

PERSONAL REACTION
How did I feel about what was done?
feel a bit satisfied although still in the slow steps to explore all the new things that i've learned
Did it affect me emotionally and if so how?
exhausted & sleepy head....catching the class after work, now its part of my new routines, make long journey from Temburong to Bsb to attend the class. 
What did I like or enjoy and why?
enjoy the new environment, new friends & learning something new

What did I dislike and why?
so far..everythings doing well..
What did I find easy to do or understand and why?
i think creating the blogspot is the easy one because everythings we do is all related with it, such as doing assignments.

SWOT ANALYSIS : AYAMKU RESTAURANT



STRENGTHS
This company doing well in the quality of their foods as the chicken came fresh from their own poultry farm and the price for all of the foods also cheap and affordable to the customers, so far this company still can stand strong as it was one of the success local market in Brunei Darussalam and cuctomers all time favourite place to dine in since when it started established  in 2006.

WEAKNESS
What the company doing poorly, part of it is the surrounding of the dine area is really dull and the area is a bit small sometimes cannot affords/provides customers when it come to the busy hours such  as at the lunch time. Sometimes the service also really slow, especially when the customers doing the takeaway, they have to wait for a long time nearly half an hour or more.They should provide  different counter between counter for takeaway only anda counter for the customers who want to dine in only, by this they can save time and more manageable when it comes to peak hours. Nowadays, people getting lazy to prepare and cook at home, majority  for the working parents, so they just takeaway fastfoods for  them/kids and this can lead to unhealthy life by getting fat and obesity, this is also a pinch part of the weakness also.

OPPORTUNITIES
New market possibly can exist for this company by opening more new branches. Firstly,they can make research wheres the place and area which has a big potential in Brunei Darussalam such as Temburong District perhaps, as I know theres still don’t have one. For the further opportunities, not impossible they can worldwide their company/branches, in the beginning they can started from the Asean countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Phillipines, Indonesia  Etc, as sometimes most of the muslims peoples who makes vacations to some of that places, theres difficulties in finding halal foods, so this will be the big oppurtinities for this company opening their new market worldwide and the name of the brand ‘Ayamku’ will stand strong same with the others fastfoods companies like KFC, Mc Donalds, burger King, Jollibee Etc.

THREATS
The competitors doing well such as others fastfood market  (KFC, Mc Donald, Sugarbuns, Jollibee Etc ) they provides more varieties of tempting foods, mostly every month they have promotion with  their new stuffs & foods with some great packages, by this they become more competitive and they know how to attract customers. Some of them giving the previllage member card and by this the customers can have a discount for every foods that they purchased.They also provides the facilities such as the play- corner for the kids, by this also can give the big impact for the cutomers, they will feel convenient and comfortable letting their kids playing while they can enjoy and relax having their foods.
